Only 1 1/2 hours from nearest ferry port of St. Malo (Brittany Ferries) or easily accessible from Cherbourg, Caen or Roscoff ports. Rennes Airport 45 mins (Flybe, Southampton). Dinard airport 1 hour (Ryanair, Luton). Car hire available.

Josselin: A picturesque and enchanting medieval town, with old timbered houses.

There is a selection of restaurants and bars, plus small grocery shops, bakers, chemists etc. Two well-stocked supermarkets are only 5 minutes by car, or can be reached on foot by walking up through the town centre - 15 minutes approximately, and more if you stop to look at the various styles of houses.

Chateau (open to visitors) and dolls museum overlooking Nantes/Brest Canal, and with the colourful Saturday market. A dream location for artists / photographers.

Centrally placed in Brittany, this area is ideal for families, walkers, cyclists etc. Nearby Lac au Duc offers water sports, swimming, golf course etc. Ideal for touring and only 45 minutes to lovely Vannes and South Brittany coast, or charming Dinan to the North.
